Objetivos
The Train the Trainer online course aims to empower educators with the tools and methodologies to teach the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) and Sustainability Principles using business simulations. Participants will gain hands-on experience with simulations that address sustainability challenges, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

– Masterclass on Simulations for Teaching Sustainability:
Learn how simulations enhance understanding of the UN SDGs and Sustainability Principles through real-world case studies from global higher education institutions.
– Exploring Sustainability Simulations:
Test AI-enhanced simulations focused on sustainable business practices, environmental management, and ethical decision-making.
– Customization for Educational Goals:
Adapt simulations to align with course objectives, supporting both teaching and assessment in sustainability education.
– Building Core Skills in Sustainability:
Cultivate leadership, teamwork, systems thinking, and sustainable business planning in an interactive, hands-on environment.
Metodología
– Monday, 17th Feb. – 2 PM to 4 PM (GMT):
Introduction to sustainability principles, the UN SDGs, and simulations as a pedagogical tool.
– Tuesday, 18th Feb. – 2 PM to 4 PM (GMT):
Hands-on practice with basic sustainability simulators (e.g., ESG Project, and Sweet).
– Monday, 24th Feb. – 2 PM to 4 PM (GMT):
Hands-on practice with advanced sustainability simulators (e.g., ESG Management, and GlobalManagement).
– Tuesday, 25th Feb. – 2 PM to 4 PM (GMT):
Teacher’s platform overview, AI integration in sustainability education, and course closure with next steps.
